Early Years Wellbeing Week 2022

Early Years Wellbeing Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of mental health literacy and support the mental health of the early years workforce. Now in its fifth year, it was founded by author and consultant Kate Moxley.

Tapestry’s Stephen and Jules talked with Kate Moxley about Mental Health in the Early Years workplace in the Foundation Stage Forum podcast. In the chat, Kate shares the origins of Early Years Wellbeing Week, and discusses the importance of mental health literacy, and what we can do collectively to enact change. Her book, A Guide to Mental Health For Early Years Educators 'amplifies the voices of educators to highlight the true meaning of wellbeing. One that incorporates inclusion and belonging, cultivating a deep culture of wellbeing'. Kate is the founder of Early Years Wellbeing Week.
