The Foundation Stage Forum (the FSF) is a place for educators to come together, to discover, share ideas, ask questions and give support.
It provides a ‘virtual staffroom’ for lively conversations and exchanges. It also offers a library of articles and podcasts on relevant issues, given by practitioners, academics and advisors and inspired by the discussions held on the forum as well as by events in the wider world of education.
The FSF began in 2003 as a small gathering of Early Years professionals. Since then it has had many thousands of visitors, some who actively participate in the chat rooms, offering advice and receiving support, and some who come to read and learn.
We have an LA scheme allowing Local Authorities to purchase block membership for all their Early Years employees.
If you have a staff or manager login for Tapestry you can access the FSF for no extra cost by simply signing in with your Tapestry details. You will have access to the shared knowledge of fellow educators in real time discussions, in podcasts, in quick bites via our Coffee Breaks, or in larger chunks to chew on in our articles.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
